By registering for Zaney Mailz, you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
You may only register for one Zaney Mailz account unless you receive prior written permission from the Administrator. You agree to use a valid email address that does not bounce, expire, or route to a catch‑all inbox. Repeated bounced emails may result in suspension and loss of earnings or credits.
Multiple Accounts & Re‑Registration
Only one account per person is allowed. Creating additional accounts using alternate emails, identities, devices, or IP addresses is prohibited. Attempts to re‑register after suspension or ban will result in permanent removal.
Cheating, Automation & Unfair Advantage
Any form of cheating is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
• bots, scripts, automation tools
• Gmail‑scanners or services that extract credit links
• auto‑clickers or auto‑openers
• browser automation or macro tools
• exploiting glitches, timing, or unintended behavior
Zaney Mailz is designed for real members, not automated systems. Any credits, earnings, or activity generated through automation will be voided. Accounts using such tools may be suspended or permanently banned.
Email Automation & Third‑Party Tools
Members may not use any third‑party software or services that log into their email accounts, scan inboxes, extract mailer links, or auto‑open messages. These tools violate the intended use of Zaney Mailz and pose significant privacy risks. Use of such tools will result in account suspension.
Fair Use & Exploitation Policy
Zaney Mailz is intended for normal user participation. Any attempt to gain credits, rewards, or advantages beyond intended limits—whether automated or manual—is considered abuse. If a feature behaves abnormally, members are expected not to exploit it.
You agree to receive emails from Zaney Mailz and from other members as part of the service. If you do not wish to receive mailer emails, you should not join a mailer program.
You may not promote Zaney Mailz in any way that could be considered spamming. Only promote your referral URL in advertising programs that allow it. Violations may result in account removal.
Users are responsible for the content they promote. You must have the legal right to promote any URL or material you submit. Zaney Mailz is not responsible for copyright violations or legal issues arising from user‑submitted content.
Administrative Authority
Zaney Mailz reserves the right to investigate account activity and suspend or terminate accounts found abusing site features. Earnings or credits obtained through unfair means may be reversed or voided. All administrative decisions are final.
Cross‑Site Abuse
Verified abuse patterns reported by other site owners may be considered when reviewing account activity. Repeated abuse across multiple platforms may result in immediate suspension.
Payout Policy
Members may request payout once they have earned at least $25.00. Payouts may take up to 10 days as all admin work is handled manually. Free members may use commissions to upgrade. Only commissions from referral sales are paid to free members.
The name on your payment processor account must match the name on your Zaney Mailz account. Mismatched names may result in suspension.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL, ensure it does not violate any of the following rules:
• No illegal activity
• No pyramid or ponzi schemes
• No matrix or get‑rich programs
• No frame‑breaking sites
• No viruses, trojans, or spyware
• No adult content
• No HYIPs or investment autosurfs
• No PTP sites
• No excessive popups or frame‑stoppers
Rotators are allowed only if all sites within them comply with these rules. Zaney Mailz reserves the right to remove any URL deemed inappropriate.
Privacy Statement
We collect only the information necessary to operate the service. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. Only the Administrator has access to user data. Members may update their personal information at any time through their profile.
Cookies
Zaney Mailz uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may limit site functionality.
Right to Cancel
Members may delete their account at any time from their profile page. You may also unsubscribe from newsletters within your profile settings.
It is the member’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically, as they may change without prior notice.
